Six Sigma Green Belt

This course helps develop critical skills required to serve on project teams. Participants learn how to use many of the proven Six Sigma problem-solving methods and statistical tools to contribute to the success of their organization, including processes for collecting and analyzing data, and leading and executing process-level improvement projects.

Lean Six Sigma Black Belt

This course is designed for experienced Six Sigma practitioners with a Green Belt Certification (or equivalent process improvement experience) who wish to achieve the pinnacle of Six Sigma training by developing critical skills for leadership in enterprisewide deployment.
